The concept...

One or two people get into the cabin (that closely resembles a washing machine). Four cyclists set four bikes in motion. Outside, inside, « Dance » music plays and the lights go crazy... we can’t help but move our bodies…the cyclists keep up the pace, glitter swirls and sticks to the skin of the cabin dancers. In a few seconds, they come out entirely wrapped in glitter, from head to toe, eyes shining! Happiness, Joy! Go glitter!

The project...

The « Glitter shower » was born in its first version at a « birthday party » in 2018. It has been used two or three times with friends, before… I realised it was uncool to spread storms of plastic all over the place…Pity because, in spite of everything, it had such incredible potential to stir up sweet madness and social joy!

Therefore, before finding glitter in my sardine cans, I said to myself: « If this is the cost, to the hell madness and joy!! »...
and the project sadly stayed shelved until 2024, when I discovered biodegradable glitter!

2024 then…Glittering eyes! The installation is being upgraded. Four bikes are set up so as to replace nuclear energy with human energy.

Human energy, we didn’t expect that much!! Sure we all pedaled for each other thanks to human energy, but how amazed we were that our hearts were so full of it! With the joy of sharing the moment... so Yes!..
Then we can say : « LOVE GLITTER AND POETRY»
